Glow Operator (glowoperator.com) provides an AI phone and chat answering service for hair salons, spas, and beauty businesses. The service is provided “as is.”

You are responsible for how you use the service. That includes getting any consent required from your callers and following the call recording and consent laws that apply in your state.

Glow answers calls and chats using AI. We don’t guarantee those answers are error-free — review anything important (like price quotes and appointment details) before relying on it.

We may suspend or end access to the service for abuse, such as unlawful use, spam, or anything that threatens the service or other customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
